The Town of Piru
Ventura County, California

Piru is a small turn-of-the-century community with close to 3000 people, and has changed very little since its first settlement. Lake Piru, 4 miles above the town, has been improved over the last few years with expanded camping, boating and recreational facilities.

Piru is only 15 minutes from Valencia's newly developed commerce center and the new planned community of Newhall Ranch; it is 15 minutes from Santa Paula's renowned airport, known for its antique aircraft; 30 minutes from the beach at Ventura; and 40 - 55 minutes from Burbank and Los Angeles International Airport.

The swimming pool is surrounded by statuary and lush gardens.
